I had an amazing experience at Whitestone in Miami! I purchased my engagement ring there, and the entire process was quick, easy, and stress free. Liel was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. They also offered to resize my ring for free, which was a huge plus. When I went back to pick it up, they had cleaned and polished it as well, so it looked absolutely beautiful. Their customer service and attention to detail really exceeded my expectations.
