My father handed me a camera when I was 7 years old and told me to shoot, everything, everywhere. Since then, I have had a camera in both my hands. I studied photography in college and then went to LA to be a filmmaker. After graduating from LA Film School as a producer and director, I worked as a stuntwoman on many music videos and styled a Victoria Secrets commercial with Michael Bay. I found out I was pregnant after 8 years in Los Angeles and chose family over Hollywood. I wanted my children to have the same childhood experience as I had, with trees, dirt and animals. So we moved back north to Sonoma County.

I was able to work with an award-winning wedding photographer once again in Sonoma County. After several years of the work, I was hooked! It’s an honor being with people on one of the most important days of their lives. To tell the story. To capture the beauty, the excitement, the drama of it all.

Weddings are a unique and expressive avenue in photography, and requires a few additional skills. You must be able and willing to adapt to any situation and work with anyone. Every job I do brings out my creative side. I was prepared for this job by my experience in film and travels.
